Master Trading T&C

When the rubber meets the road...

  • Found out tradery tool can import all trade data for US stock exchange and i had managed to merge them into my metastock. This removes one of my biggest headache of screening US stock as i am more technical based trader rather than fundamental based investor.
  • This portfolio is to enable a pre-check of my ability to make money in US stock exchange. As liquidity is a main problem for trading, the stock must have high/mild volume before any trading.
  • Pattern trading will be preferred rather than breakout chasing.

BUY RULE:

  1. Flag pattern with support seen at 5 or 10MA.
  2. Volume pattern must shrink during consolidation.
  3. Weekly chart must be bullish biased and prefer in some sort of conso mode.
  4. Use discreet PV pattern to pinpoint entry point.
  5. R/R >3 or above is preferred.
  6. Holding period is 20 days (a month).
  7. 3 entry positions might be in place later.
  8. Coooper 123 and flag penchant is preferred.
  9. Price should be above 200MA
  10. Might try to indulge in bear raid (VOL spike with minimal price drop) **

Sell Rule:

  1. Obvious distribution like bearish candle with high volume
  2. Hit time cut loss threshold without any obvious movement.
  3. Sell partly (maybe not now as not enough invested capital) when hit target.
